The synchronist must have special psychophysical parameters. A special feature of the synchronized translator is the ability to concentrate attention, the ability to listen, memorize and translate what is said at the same time, behind the speaker by only a few words. The work of the synchronist requires, in addition to a brilliant knowledge of the language, also known personal and strong-willed qualities, broad erudition, tact, sociability, as well as instant reaction and sense of humor.
